1Who we are
DBM Host is an independent project available at disbmhost.com. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc.
For any question about your data, write to us on our Discord server.
2What we collect
When you log in with Discord and use the app, we store:
- your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar, and the email address of your Discord account (shown only to you, in the /account command of our Discord server);
- the name of the phone model you log in from (for example "Pixel 7");
- your plan (Free or Premium), its end date, your DBM Points balance and the history of points bought and used, with a log of each purchase (pack, status, Xsolla order number, amount, and whether it was made on the website or in the app);
- basic information about your bots: name, the bot’s Discord name, avatar and banner, language, status and RAM setting;
- an encrypted copy of your bot files, so you can restore them on a new phone (see "Your bot files" below);
- a login token for each connected phone, stored only as an unreadable hash.
3Your bot files
When you import files into a bot, the app sends a copy to our server. Bot files often contain the bot’s token, so this copy is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it is written to disk, and only your account can download it back. We do not read, share or use your bot files for anything else.
We never collect your Discord password (you type it on Discord, never on our side), and we only ask Discord for the "identify" permission: we cannot see your messages, servers or friends.
4Why we use it
- to log you in and show your name and avatar in the app;
- to apply the limits of your plan (number of bots, CPU, RAM, storage);
- to keep the service secure and fix problems.
We process this data because it is needed to provide the service you asked for, and for our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.
5Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. It is only handled by:
- Discord, which confirms who you are when you log in;
- Xsolla, which processes DBM Points payments. Xsolla receives your Discord ID and handles your payment details directly: we never see your card or bank information;
- Hostinger, our hosting provider, which stores the website, the database and the encrypted file copies.
6How long we keep it
We keep your account data as long as you use DBM Host. When you log out on a phone, its login token is deleted. When you delete a bot, its file copy is deleted. When you ask us to delete your account, we erase your data and file copies within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer when the law requires it.
7Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Write to us on our Discord server from your Discord account or tell us your Discord username. You can also delete your account yourself, from the website menu or in the app (Settings): it is removed for good 7 days later, and you can recover it until then.
If you live in the European Union, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, cnil.fr).
8Cookies
The website only uses the cookies it needs to work. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
9Children
DBM Host requires a Discord account, so you must meet Discord’s minimum age in your country (13 in most countries).
10Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will also tell you in the app.
